What a summer it’s been! 2018 will be remember for incredible weather, but for Rachel and Aidan it will be remembered for their incredible wedding day!

Rachel wore a stunning and very elegant dress from Bridal Bliss Bolton which as you can see was the perfect choice for her and set the style for this amazing cheshire wedding. Team bride got ready at the stunning Curlew cottage in Knutsford, complete with hot tub and Lamas! The flowers were all created by Julie from White Room Floral Design and they smelt amazing too! Rachel’s makeup stayed amazing perfect all day (in intense heat) so I can’t recommend Michelle Sission highly enough.

They they made their way to the idilic ceremony venue, Toft church, in a stunning vintage Rolls Royce from P&A wedding cars. Having taken wedding images for the last decade, it still remains an honour to be present at the beautifully emotional moments in someone’s big day. Just before we walked into the church, Rachel had a moment! It is such a big moment in your life, the moments before walking down the isle and it’s important to remember it forever.

After the joyous ceremony we made our way to Cheshire’s newest and beautifully stunning wedding venue, Merrydale Manor. This venue is run by the Irlam family who also own Colshaw Hall, another sort after venue. As you can see from the images the venue offers space and beauty. Amazingly Rachel and Aidan had hired the amazing ice-cream dub van to serve all the guests delicious ice-cream. Perfect on this incredibly warm day! The reception was off to a great start, and was guided brilliantly by the Master of Ceremony, Toast Master Chris. The reception venue was dressed amazingly, with stationary on the tables from Occasions by Rebecca and a stunning cake from the Sugared Thistle (I mean look at it!!!).

The evening entertainment was delivered by the amazing DJ Ben Malone who had a beautiful dance floor to set the perfect scene for the first dance.

The last image is one of my favourites as it shows what the summer of 2018 has brought, beautiful sunsets! What a way to finish an amazing day! A huge thank you to Rachel and Aidan for hiring me and their family and friends who made me feel so welcomed all day. Wow, what a day! I genuinely wish you Rachel and Aidan the happiest of marriages and a life time of joy together.
